As CEO, Bryan brings over 21 years of management experience across multiple capacities and functional areas. He has a keen ability to create collaborative work environments and build top-performing teams at all levels. Bryan is responsible for the company’s overall operations and long-term strategic direction. Bryan joined BuildASign.com in 2015 as CMO, was promoted to President in 2016, and was named CEO in February 2017.
Prior to BuildASign.com, Bryan spent 15 years at Dell in the Consumer and Small Business division holding leadership roles in marketing, sales and general management. His most recent role at Dell was leading the organization responsible for marketing and selling to small businesses which generated more than $1B in annual revenue. Before joining Dell, Bryan worked for Ernst & Young as an Auditor and Merrill Lynch as an Investment Banker. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The Pennsylvania State University and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
Emily Whittaker is EVP & President of North America at Vistaprint. Over the last 11 years, Emily has held various roles at Vistaprint and its parent company, Cimpress, including product delivery, technology, and customer experience. She also led the team that architected Vistaprint’s transformation effort and current organizational model. Her experience has given her unique insights into our small business customers from nearly all angles. In her current role, Emily leads thousands of team members across product, manufacturing, customer care, marketing and operations all striving towards the same goal: to deliver jaw-dropping customer value. Prior to Vistaprint, Emily had a career in consulting with Accenture and The Palladium Group.
Florian leads Vistaprint’s International organization, comprised of geographically defined Lines of Business that have end-to-end ownership over the customer experience in their country (France, U.K., India, Japan, Germany) or grouping of countries (Rest of Europe, Australia-New Zealand). He also leads Vistaprint’s Global Customer Care organization.
Florian joined Vistaprint in 2019 and brings almost 20 years of consulting and e-commerce experience to his role, along with a strong ownership mentality and broad functional experience. He joined Vistaprint from Amazon, where he spent nine years, most recently as a member of the German Management Team and leading Amazon’s Consumables business in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Prior to his experience at Amazon, he spent 9 years at McKinsey & Company. Florian earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Ecole de Management de Lyon and an MBA and Ph.D. from WHU Otto Beisheim Graduate School of Management.
Maarten leads our Cimpress Technology team, which focuses on the development and operation of our shared mass customization platform and other technology-related strategic capabilities into which we centrally invest. He has been instrumental in establishing a strategy and a technology architecture which ensure that our shared technology development and operating routines function in line with the priorities of our decentralized businesses. Maarten also serves as chief technology officer to Vistaprint, Cimpress’ largest business.
Maarten started his first company, in the Netherlands, when he was 25 years old. Six years later he sold it to focus on Albumprinter, another rapidly growing start-up where he was responsible for developing both the software and technology infrastructure and teams.
Maarten joined Cimpress in 2011 upon our acquisition of Albumprinter, by which point Albumprinter had grown to be a top European provider of personalized photobooks.
Paolo oversees a portfolio of Cimpress’ upload and print businesses including Tradeprint, Easyflyer, Easyflyer, Exagroup and Pixartprinting. He is passionate about innovation and technology, working closely with the CEOs and managing directors to support customer value creation by leveraging the latest digital and manufacturing developments.
Prior to joining Cimpress, Paolo founded two start-ups, including one of the first mobile media companies in Europe and Latin America, and was an executive director at Procter & Gamble and Bertelsmann in the United States and Europe.
Paolo holds a B.A. in Business and Economics from Sapienza University of Rome (Italy) and an MBA from Harvard Business School (USA).
Ricky joined Vistaprint in 2019 after nearly two decades at Nike, where he most recently served as Vice President of Brand for Converse. Previously, Ricky held roles on Nike’s Experience Innovation team, during which time he played a key part in the creation of the Nike+ Fuelband and Nike+ Running. Ricky held other roles at Nike that focused on digital innovation and marketing. Ricky holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing and new media from the University of Georgia.
Ricky leads Vistaprint’s central customer experience and marketing teams. This group was formed to inspire and serve customers, and to help the entire Vistaprint organization do the same. He is relentlessly passionate about brand and customer experience and making great design accessible to every Vistaprint customer.
Robert is the founder, CEO, and Chairman of Cimpress, a strategically focused group which invests in and builds customer-focused, entrepreneurial, mass customization businesses for the benefit of customers, team members, long-term shareholders and society. Robert also serves as chief executive officer to Vistaprint, Cimpress’ largest business.
He founded the company in 1995 to provide small businesses with high quality, full color, professionally designed marketing materials at low cost, in low volumes, easily and quickly. During the startup days of the company, Robert served as an external consultant to Microsoft with the Microsoft Publisher desktop publishing product team for whom he researched and advised on the graphic design and printing needs of small businesses in Europe.
He earned his B.A. in Economics from Harvard College (USA) and his MBA from INSEAD (France). Prior to attending INSEAD, he spent nine years in a variety of roles in management consulting and in general management at a small company that focused on the engineering and production of custom electronic components for the defense and aerospace industries.
Sean has responsibility for the company’s capital allocation process, accounting and control, corporate-level strategy, M&A, financial planning and analysis, investor relations, tax, treasury, communications and internal audit. Additionally, Sean oversees our Global Procurement team, one of the select strategic capabilities into which we centrally invest. Sean also serves as chief financial officer to Vistaprint, Cimpress’ largest business.
He joined Cimpress in 2009 and played an integral role in external reporting and accounting, prior to becoming global controller and chief accounting officer. In his prior roles, Sean’s teams were instrumental in scaling the company’s financial infrastructure to support our growth and supported significant investment decisions and acquisition activity.
Prior to joining Cimpress, Sean was a certified public accountant at KPMG, working in the Philadelphia, London and Boston offices. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from Saint Joseph’s University (USA).
Sebastian joined Vistaprint in 2019 from McKinsey & Company, where he spent 12 years as a partner, leading digital and data transformations that helped clients in many sectors build capabilities that support their strategic goals. Sebastian is responsible for building out Vistaprint’s data and analytics (DnA) central platform team. The team is building products to support Vistaprint’s transformation journey to ultimately deliver jaw-dropping customer value. Sebastian holds an M.S.c. in finance and information management from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and a Ph.D. in digital marketing / quantitative methods from Technische Universität München.
